Krepela, it is resolved that the following Ordinance be and it hereby is adopted: AN ORDINANCE to vacate a 16 foot drainage and utility easement in the subdivision of Lake Crystal Farms, Section D, said easement running across Lots 14 and 15, and a 20 foot drainage and utility easement in the said sub- division running across Lot 11, Section D, as shown on subdivision of Lake Crystal Farms, Section D recorded in Plat Book 17, page 28 in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court of Chesterfield County, Virginia, and being more particularly shown on a copy of a portion of said plat whereon said ease~ent is outlined in red" a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. O'Neill, it is resolved that the petition signed by some 30 people concerning the roads in Genito Estates be and it hereby is received and that the County's Road Engineer be re~ueste~ to check out the various items listed and to do whatever is necessary to clear ~p this problem. There arose a brief discussion on Highway plans for Route 360 and Walmsiey Boulevard and it was cited that this project calls for 'the lowering of the west- bound land which will begin shortly. On motion of Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Hr. Krepela, it is resolved that the Highway Department be requested to improve Piedmont Avenue at its intersection with the ~andoned Railroad right-of-way and also DuPuy Road at the abandoned Railroad right-of-way. Nr. O'Neill states he has met with the people and talked with the developers end they agreed to a 25-ft. buffer along Route 619. Gyther states that her husband could not attend today and even though she is in a business area herself she did not wish to have a business use close to her home.
