PROPOSAL Two (2) freestanding project identification signs are proposed for each motor vehicle dealership development, each with its own electronic message center (EMC) component. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS Each motor vehicle dealership development contains three (3) motor vehicle dealerships that are separately managed by individual property owners.
