The center will operate from within an office/warehouse facility that is currently under construction. This will be a membership-based organized fitness facility, not available to anyone without a scheduled class or on a walk-in basis. Health clubs are first permitted by right in a Neighborhood Business (C-2) District. In the General Industrial (I-2) District, health clubs are permitted provided they meet certain restrictions. If the restrictions cannot be met, the use may be allowed by Conditional Use.
