The property owner has requested a conditional use to permit a second dwelling unit on the subject property. The applicant has proffered that the second dwelling would be limited to the occupants of the principal dwelling units, individuals related to them by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship, foster children, guests and any domestic servants. The property is currently zoned for single family residential (R-40). The circumstances relevant to this case, as presented by the applicant/owner, have been reviewed, and it has been determined that the proposed zoning will result in minimal impact on capital facilities.
