The owner and/or operator shall adhere to the following procedures in order to eleviate odor and insect problems: A) Stables, stalls, corrals, pens, rings, padlocks and all other enclosures shall be cleaned daily. B) Fresh straw or bedding in stalls shall be applied every three (3) days. C) Sprays (liquid or powder) to eliminate insects (flies) and odor shall be applied every three (3) days. 6 No parking is to occur within one hundred (100) feet of any property line.
