The applicantis seeking renewal of the temporary manufactured home permit for an additional
seven (7) years.
Since 1992, Ms. Madison has been the owner and occupant of the manufactured home. Ms.
Madison is in compliance with conditions imposed by the Board of Supervisors in 2009.Staff’s
inspection of the property revealed the property and manufactured home to be maintainedin
good condition. Should this request be approved, the following conditions should be imposed.
