These signs would denote that the landscaping within the roadway medians is maintained by the Brandermill Country Club (Attachment 2). The ordinance would permit only one (1) sign, located outside of the public right-of-way, advertising an onsite use. Therefore, an exception is requested to permit multiple signs located withinpublic right-of-way. The following provides an overview of the condition recommended by staff to address the impact of these signs at the requested locations on area properties.
