SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS The Clerk to the Board of Supervisors read the Congressional Record of the remarks made by Congressman Randy Forbes to the House of Representatives on July 25, 2003 regarding Chesterfield County's continued support of its military reservists. Ms. Carolyn Cios, Powhatan County Administrator, and Mr. Roy Harrison, member of the Powhatan County Board of Supervisors, presented a plaque to Mr. Kirk Turner, Development Manager for Chesterfield, in appreciation of his service as Powhatan County's Interim Planning Director.
