Since 2010, Mr. James Mills has been the occupant of the manufactured home while his father, Charles R. Mills owns the manufactured home and property where the manufacturedhome is located. Mr. Mills is in compliance with conditions imposed by the Board of Supervisor in 2010. Staff’s inspection of the property revealed the property and manufactured home to be maintained in good condition. Should this request be approved, the following conditions are recommended to be imposed.
