SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS Youth Services Citizen Board members provided the results and recommendations from SAY, SO! (Strictly About Youth, Speak Out!), the annual community youth forum. WORK SESSION Mr. Brad Hammer, Deputy County Administrator, presented an overview of the proposed FY2005 budget for the Human Services Division. Approved Directed staff to provide recommendations to the Board after the Environmental Protection Agency's report on MtBE is released and to notify the Board immediately if water testing reveals a level of MtBE exceeding 15 parts per billion.
