THIS DEED made this 24th day of September, 1984, by and
between D. R. SOWERS LAND CORP.'', a Virginia corporation, party
of the first part and THOMAS CRAIG THOMAS and DEBORAH J. THOMAS,
his wife, parties of the second part, and RALPH L. THOMPSON and'
CYNTHIA H. THOMPSON, his wife, parties of the third part.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of
iTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the
first part does hereby grant and convey with GENERAL WARRANTY
and, except as hereinafter set forth, with ENGLISH COVENANTS OF
TITLE, unto the parties of the second part, as tenants by the
entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, the
following described property, to-wit:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying
and being in Clover Hill District, Chesterfield County,
Virginia, and shown and designated as Parcel 2, 0.598
Ac. on a plat made by Balzer and Associates, Inc.
surveyors, dated September 14, 1984 and revised
September 20, 1984, entitled "Plat Showing Two Parcels
of Land Lying on the North Line of Woolridge Road,
Clover Hill District, Chesterfield County, Virginia",
a copy of said plat being attached hereto and made a
part hereof. Reference to the aforesaid plat is hereby
made for a more particular description of the property
conveyed herein.
BEING a part of 'the same property conveyed to D. R.
Sowers Land Corp., a Virginia corporation, by deed from
Patrick S. Kelley and Patsy M. Kelley, his wife, dated
September 26, 1983, recorded September 27, 1983, in the
Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Chesterfield County,
Virginia, in Deed Book 1626, Page 1743.
This conveyance is mad~ subject to restrictive covenants,
conditions, and easements of record to the extent that
they may lawfully apply to the property hereby conveyed.
The parties of the thrid part herein join in this conveyance
to release any and all rights they might have by reason of an
unrecorded contract dated August 8, 1984 between D. R. Sowers
Land Corp., a Virginia corporation and Ralph L. Thompson and
Cynthia H. Thompson, his wife, or otherwise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, D. R. Sowers Land Corp., has caused

President, said officer being t. hereunto duly authorized.
