The traffic coming from Centralia and Chester going north be routed northwardly on Old Rt. 1, thence eastwardly under the Railroad Bridge and southwardly to the Shell ~oam, az which ooint a service road running northwardly and parallel to Route #1 would then blend with the north-bound traff~.c. ~ There are other possibilities and variations that could be put in such a plan, in any event, such a proposal, if constructed, would benefit greatly the industrial traffic in the area and aid the County inits search for new industries. Upon consideration whereof, and on motion of [~1r.
