Approval for the renewal of themanufactured home permit occurred multiple times between 1968 and 1992 for the husband of Doris Garcia (Shirley R. Rogers -now deceased). In2009 Doris N. Rogers (now Garcia) was the sole applicant. On July 22, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved the most recent permit (09SN0219) for seven (7) years, expiring July 2016. 318SN0120-2018APR25-BOS-RPT PROPOSAL The applicant is seeking renewal of the temporary manufactured home permit for an additional seven (7) years. Since 1968, Ms. Garcia has been the owner and occupant of the manufactured home. Ms. Garcia is in compliance with conditions imposed by the Board of Supervisors in 2009. Staff’s inspection of the property revealed the property and manufactured home to be maintained in good condition. The request property is located at the end of Pineland Avenue and has minimal impact on the surrounding neighborhood.Should this request be approved, the following conditions are recommended to be imposed.
