Banner Christian School has provided that use of the building would be for classroom space and that all other school-related activities (such as lunches, parent pick-up/drop-off and recreation) would continue to occur on the adjacent Bethany Place Baptist Church property. Conditions are recommended to mitigate the impact of the use on area properties: Conditional Use granted to Banner Christian School only (Condition 1) Use permitted in conjunction with the private school and church uses on the adjacent property only (Condition 2) No new construction, building additions or alterations permitted, except as required by building code.
