Adopted Resolution recognizing Mrs. Alesia Rae Campbell, Department of General Services, upon her retirement. WORK SESSIONS Mr. Carl Schlaudt, Principal Planner, presented a summary of proposed amendments to the Public Facilities Plan. Ms. Becky Dickson presented a summary of changes to the FY2005/2006 Biennial Financial Plan, the proposed FY2005 Community Development Block Grant and HOME Annual Plan, and the proposed FY2005-FY2011 Capital Improvement Program.
