SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS Ms. Lisa Elko, Clerk to the Board of Supervisors, was recognized for receiving the 2004 "Clerk of the Year" award from the Virginia Municipal Clerks Association. Sixty-one students from the county's ten high schools will participate in Model County Government Day by shadowing a county official. The students introduced themselves and provided the name of the county official they will shadow. RESOLUTIONS AND SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS Adopted Resolution recognizing Ms. Joan Fogg and Ms. Mary Jane Jones for representing and advocating for older adults in Chesterfield County. Adopted Resolution recognizing May 2004, as "Older Americans Month" in Chesterfield County. Adopted Resolution recognizing April 26-30, 2004, as "Reach Out Now Teach-In" Week in Chesterfield County. DEFERRED ITEM Deferred until such time as the Emergency Access Policy is brought before the Board of Supervisors. Proposed Subdivision Connectivity Policy.
