SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS o The Accounting Department was recognized for receiving the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 23r° consecutive year. Ms. Alice Magee, Chairman of the Disability Services Board, provided an update on activities of the Disability Services Board. RESOLUTIONS AND SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS Adopted Resolution recognizing reservists for their contributions to the war against global terrorism. Recognition of 2004 National Association of Counties (NACo) achievement award winners and recognition of the Public Affairs Department for 24 awards from the National Association of County Information Officers (NACIO).
