Mr. Ramsey congratulated Ms. Becky Dickson, Director of Budget and Management, and her
staff upon the receipt of the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government
Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for the 17th consecutive
year.
WORK SESSIONS
Dr. Billy K. Cannaday, Jr., Superintendent of Schools, presented a summary of the
Superintendent's Proposed Annual Financial Plan for FY2002.
Mr. Pete Stith, Deputy County Administrator for Community Development, presented a
summary of Community Development's Proposed Budget for FY2002.
