Mike Krikorian, Safety Engineer of the Reynolds M~ta!s ,Company comes before the Board citing the fact that traffic to and from the Reynolds Plant experiences tremendous traffic hazards at the intersection of Rt. 1 andRt.608, and cites further that if a Stop and Go light is installed at this location that the .~ompany will send guards to operate the lights, if necessary, during shift changes.
