Britton, it is resolved that the Special Contract K-548, for the Quail Oaks Sm. division to install water lines in same, be, and it hereby is approved. A discussion arose as to the connection charges for the sewer system to be installed in Quail Oaks Subdivision, and it was generally agreed that the ~.'.200.O0 connecnion charge in a subdivision be waived to the extent of the cost of the lagoon and trunk line, since the lagoon and trunk lines were outside of the proposed subdivision, and that there would be a lO-year limitation on t?is rebate. Amendments: The Board of Supervisors may from time to time, on its o,,,m motion, or on written petition filed with the i~Xecutive Secretary of the Board of Supervisors and affer notice and hearing as required by law, amend arty of the re~ulaLions of this chapter or any boundary of any di:.Zrict established by this chapter. Before holding a hearing on any such proposed ..... ~,= ~ the Board o[ Supervisors may if iv deems proper, refer the same to the County P!amning Commission for a report or recommendation, if a propose6 amendmenz is referred to its County Planning Co~nission and the 3ounty Planning Commission fails ~o report on any such amendment within thirty (30) days after its r:.~ceipt therzeof, such failure to report shall 'be deeP, ed to be approval of such amen:~ment.
