Public NoticePUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, February 25, 1987, beginning at 2:00 p.m., in the County Board Room at Chesterfield Court- house, Chesterfield, Viyginia, will take under consideration the rezoning and the granting of Conditional Uses on the parcels of land described herein. ~i In Midlothian Magisterial District, IZAAK WALTON PARK, INC. requests rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-9) of 228.1 acres and Res- idential (R-12) of 18.7 acres on a 246.8 acre parcel lying at the northern terminus of Ashbrook Landing Road, the northwestern terminus of Gordon School Road, and the western terminus of Yucca Drive, and lying approximately 500 feet off the north line of Lucks Lane.
