o Mr. Bill Dupler, Chesterfield County Building Official, was recognized for being
reelected to the International Code Council Board of Directors.
o Mr. Ramsey provided details surrounding the decision made by the Electoral
Board in conjunction with the Police Department to take extra security measures
at polling places in the county on November 2, 2004.
