COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS
o Mr. Cliff Bickford, Chairman of the Chesterfield Business Council's Government
Relations Committee, briefed the Board regarding upcoming initiatives of the
Business Council.
o The Budget and Management Department was recognized for receiving the
Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers
Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for the 21st consecutive
year.
o Ms. Elizabeth Foster, engagement partner from KPMG, LLP, formally presented
the county' s FY04 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report to the Board.
RESOLUTIONS AND SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS
Adopted Resolution recognizing the YMCA of Greater Richmond for
outstanding community service.
