The manufactured home is well butl~zred and screened i?om adjacent properties and Hatloway .Ave~ue. If this were a new request, staff would .recommend denial; t'~owever, since the manuhctured home has been parked on the subject property since 1997 and is well. buffered from adjacent properties, staff would recm~.~.me.l~d approval subject to the aforementioned conditions. Staff notes that Charles iF. Partin Estates and McCormick 'Woods, which are older subdivisions arc developed to thc south. Or& Forest Estates is being developed to thc north of this propcrty with other subdivis/ons being considered in the area. Because of the potential for future develol:n'nent in this area, staff believes that the Board should advise the applicm~t to look 'upon this requesi' as a temporary dwelling and ifapproYed, it may or may not ~ecessarily be renewed. Staff recommends approval of this request for seven (7) years, subject to Conditions I through 4, as noted hereto. 3 (!SSR0194-.'lAN 26.-BOS
