STREETLIGHT INST ALLA TION COSTS Approved Streetlight installation cost for streetlight at the intersection of Country Manor Lane and Country Manor Way in the Meadowbrook Farm Subdivision. 1 CONSENT ITEMS Approved Appropriation of Juvenile Accountability Block Grant Funds from the Department of Criminal Justice Services. Adopted Amended resolution relating to agreements for acquisition of real property in the Meadowville Technology Park by the Industrial Development Authority for economic development and other public purposes. Adopted Resolution recognIzIng Lieutenant Robert C. Pridemore, Police Department, upon his retirement. Adopted Resolution recognizing the fifth annIversary of the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce. Approved Change order to the contract for repairs to the Falling Creek Dam. Approved Acceptance of a parcel of land along the south right of way line of Powhite Parkway from Watercross Development, Incorporated. Approved Acceptance of a parcel of land along the west right of way line of Charter Colony Parkway from Colony Crossing, LLC. Approved Acceptance of a parcel of land along the east right of way line of Jefferson Davis Highway from Kathryn C. Fratarcangelo and D and S Properties, LLC. Approved Request to aid G.B.S. Holding, Limited in the acquisition of offsite water and temporary construction easements for Hallsley Subdivision. Approved Request for permission from Rene S. Heidler and Denana Heidler for a proposed fence to encroach within an eight-foot easement across Lot 52, Edgewater At The Reservoir. Approved Appropriation of funds for the Halloway Avenue Sidewalk Enhancement Project. ADDED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT Approved Authorization for County Administrator to apply for a Hazard Mitigation Grant to acquire properties on Hudswell Lane flooded by Tropical Storm Gaston. 2 Approved Transfer of District Improvement Funds from the Clover Hill, Matoaca and Midlothian District Improvement Funds to the School Board to fund a tutoring program for remedial students at Crenshaw Elementary School. Approved Transfer of District Improvement Funds from the Midlothian District Improvement Fund to the School Board to defray the costs of producing a video of the history of Midlothian to be housed at the Mid-Lothian Mines Park Museum. Approved Transfer of District Improvement Funds from the Bermuda, Clover Hill, Dale, Matoaca and Midlothian District Improvement Funds to the School Board to purchase sports equipment and uniforms for Community High School.
