With the approval of this request, a fifteen (.15.) foot exception to the ibrty
(40) [bot rear yard setback shall be granted only tbr those uses .permitted
by right or with restrictions in the Neighborhood Office (O-1) District. (P)

Southwest quadrant of Iron Bridge Road and East Booker Boulevard and known as
12290 Iron Bridge Road. Tax ID 780-652-5963 (Sheet 26).

Planning Commission .Meeting (.2/15/05):
The applicant accepted the recommendation. There was no opposition present.
Mr. Wilson suggested that the recommended condition be modified to permit the setback
exception only for those uses permitted by right or with restrictions in the Neighborhood
Office (O-I) District.
On motion of Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. Gulley, the Commission recommended
approval subject to the Condition on page 2.
AYES: Unanimous.
The Board of Supervisors, on Wednesday, February 23, 2005, beginning at 7:00 p.m., will take
