78S155: In Dale Magisterial District, REALTY INDUSTRIES, INC.
request rezoning from Residential (R-7) to General Business (B-3)
(profferred conditions) of a 1.2 acre parcel fronting approximately
200 feet on Hopkins Road also fronting approximately 210 feet on
Meadowdale Boulevard and located in the southeast quadrant of the
