This Conditional Use shall be limited to the operation of a lawn
care and landscaping business only. With the exception of Garrett
McGowan and Patricia C. McGo~¥an, a maximum of three (3)
employees shall be engaged in this operation. (P)

Other than one (1) sign not to exceed one (1) square tbot in area,
there shall be no signs permitted to ident'iI}~ this use. Such sign

the west of the detached garage. There shall be no additional
