Amendment to Conditional Use Planned Development' (Case 84S 149) to permit a
model home.
PROPOSED LAND USE:
A model home (sales office) not located within a permanen:t dwelling is planned.
Specifically, the applicant proposes to locate the model home (sales office) within a
modular oflSce unit until such time as construction of a permanent dwelling to be
used as a model home on the request property is complete. The model home (sales
office) would then be temporarily located within a pemmnent dwelling until the
project is complete.

Location:
A temporary model home (sales office) shall be permitted in a
modular office unit provided such unit shall be utilized lbr a
maximum of two (2) years fi:om the date of approval of this
request. When no Ionger used as a model home (sales o:ffice), the
modulm' office unit shall be removed. (P)
The model home (sales office) shall only be used to market the
development (Cy.press Woods) in which i.t is located and shall n.ot
be used fbr the sate of lots or houses outside of the development in
which it is located. (P)
The model home (sales offic, e) shall not be the primary real estate
office for thc company marketing the development. (P)
The model home (sales office) shall be incidental to construction
activity taking place within the development (Cypress Woods). (P)
