amended, for consultation with legal counsel regarding the judgment in the case of Scott
V. Hechler v. County of Chesterfield; consultation with legal counsel regarding the use of
eminent domain to acquire a middle school site pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(7); and
discussion of the acquisition of real property for a middle/elementary school site because
discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the negotiating strategy of the
county pursuant to Section 2.2-371 l(A)(3).
