This day the Exe. cutive Secretary read a proposed draft of a letter to be sent
to interested parties re~',ardinf; the establishment of a Y.M.C,A. Camp at Camp
I{ak~]r. it %vas tlener~lly a~reod that the 'letter bn re-drafted and a more
complete ]i~t of the recipients be compiled with the ~id of each Su;)~rvisor.
This Hay the Executive Secretary read a letter from the Schmidt Investment Compan
re. questing: the County to deviate from its present water extension policy on
the Oxford-on-the-James Subdivision. Upon consideration whereof and on motion
of Mt. Gunter, seconded by ,Mr.I{ritton, it is resolved tt~xt this Board deny the
request of $chmidt Investments, and request that they install the water system
i~ said sul)divi.~ion under Ehe present water oxtension policy.
