3. 'l]tat in declarinf; said emergency, the W~ter Committee shall
immediately post a ~ritten notice of the eme~gency at the front door of
Courthouse and at three prominent places in the a~ea of the County in which
said emergency is declared. In addition thereto, tho Committee shall run
an :~tem tn a newspaper of gener~l circulation in the area, or areas, in which
said emergency has been declared.
4. Penalty - Every person who violates any provision of this Ordinance
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished bye fine of mot less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Twenty
Dollars ($20.00), and trial of all violators of ~his Ordinance shallbe ~nforced
by proceedin$ before th~ Trial Justice Court of Ch~sterf%eld CounSy in the manne
and with like right of appeal as is provided in misdemeanor cases.
5. This Ordinance shall be and become effective bbi~ty~ (30) days
after its passa~:e and publication as provided by law~
