This day Mr. ll.anue requost.ed, that the Executive :secretary have removed the
telephone poles on the Morrisseti e Road, leading westwardly tram the Nash road,
which boles are on the road right of way.

had approved the location of a right of way, leading southeasterly from Rt.
00 and extending south of the Atlantic Coast Line RR. Company's mainline to
the helmead Street in the City of Richmond, and had suggested that the Chester-
field County Board of Supervisors request the State Highway Deparrtrnent to
construct said road as soon as the toll road is completed. Upon the examination
of plats it showed that said road would be a good circumferential road allowing:
traffic proceeding eastwardly along; Rt. 60 and Rt. 360 access to the toll road
without going through the City of Richmond. kehereupon it was generally agreed'
that this matter be investigated by all members of the Board and action be
defelved until the next meeting of this Board.

This day Mr. Goyne again brought to Mr. KeLlam's attention the condition of
Rt. 73d and the drainage condition of property owned by Mr. Lauterbach at
Chimney Corner.
Thhs day Air, C. F. Kellam, reported that certain Secondary Federal Aid Matching
Funds would be available to the County and work should be programmed for the
next years insofar as possible, and the Board agreed to study the problem
further.
This day Mr. C. F. Kellam reported that the Amelia County Board of Supervisors
had passed a resolution requesting the improvement of Heville's Bridge, which
bridge is sunject to inundation during, flood periods, and the im"rovement of
said bridne would call for the cooperation between the County of Chesterfield
and Amelia County. It was generallyogreed that Mr. Kellam would ascort.ain the
cost of the bridge construction and n"port back to this Board.
This day Miss Lena Warrick appeared before the Anard saying that the qld Camp
baker Auxiliary which had formerly been in charge, had met andap"ainted her
as spokesman for the ;roup and that their recommendations were that the Camp
would be operated in the future for under -privileged children, the Camp bearing
the name of the li, V. Paker Camp, and that the Board give in writing to the
Auxiliary the Possible procedures for aid by the Auxiliary.
On motion of +Ir. Haque, seconded by Mr. Goyne, it, is resolved that this Board
