Kellam, reported that certain Secondary Federal Aid Matching Funds would be available to the County and work should be programmed for the next years insofar as possible, and the Board agreed to study the problem further. This day Mr. C. F. Kellam reported that the Amelia County Board of Supervisors had passed a resolution requesting the improvement of Heville's Bridge, which bridge is sunject to inundation during, flood periods, and the im"rovement of said bridne would call for the cooperation between the County of Chesterfield and Amelia County. It was generallyogreed that Mr. Kellam would ascort.ain the cost of the bridge construction and n"port back to this Board.
