The property (8.3 acres) is currently zoned Agricultm-al (A), m~d a church (B~hany .Place Baptist Church) has been dc'velopcd on thc property. The applicant is requesting renewal of a Conditional Use to pemfit the operation of a privale school on the property. The request will not limit the re,tuber of students enrolled at this school; theretbre, it is ditticult to anticipate trallic generation. Vehicles generated by the school will be distributed along Pro,ddenc.e Road, which had a 200.3 Waffle count of t0,729 vehicles per day. In conitmction with development of Bethany Place Baptist Church, two (2) accesses were provided onto Providence R.oad and a right mm lane was constructed along Providence .Road at the southernmost access~ Based on Transportation Department standards, a left turn lane along Providence Road is wt~rraated with enrollment of more than sixty'4wo (62) students at this private school.
