At an open meatin; held at the Courthouse to discuss the matter of irnposin-
special taxes, the Executive Secretary ;ave a brief presentation of the needs
for additional funds and the possibility of now sources. After souse discussion,
limitations on the special taxes were put on as follows:
(1) An amusement tax not to exceed 10j.'
(2) A motor vehicle tax not to exceed 5i5 -OJ
(3) A business, other than retail merchant, and occupational license
tax which si.ould be limited to objects taxed by the Jtate at
.:tate rates.
(4) A tax on trailors in the County for thirty (30) days not to
exceed yp30.00
A Capitation tax was discus:sed but it was thourht at the time
the County had the authorit,, to irnose such a tax presently.
Upon cons id,;ration of this matter and on motion of R11r. if. T. joyne, seconded by
