The Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, March 25, 1981,
beginning at 2:00 p.m., in the County Board Room at Chesterfield Courthouse,
Virginia, will take under consideration the rezoning and the granting of
Conditional Uses on the parcels of land described herein.
'80S164: In Midlothian Magisterial District, ERNEST L. BELVIN requests rezoning
~from Community Business (B-2) to General Business (B-3) of a .76 acre parcel
which lies approximately 150 feet off the north line of Midlothian Turnpike
measured from a point located approximately 200 feet east of its intersection
with Research Road. Tax Map 17-9 (1) Parcel 2 (Sheet 8).
'81S001: In Midlothian Magisterial District, ROBERT B. HILDEBRAND requests
rezoning from Community Business (B-2) to Agricultural (A) of a .7 acre parcel
fronting approximately 90 feet on the north line of Midlothian Turnpike and
located approximately 950 feet east of its intersection with Robious Road. Tax

'81S002: In Matoaca Magisterial District, THE CHESTER CORPORATION requests
rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-9) of a 6.33 acre parcel fronting
approximately 430 feet on the east line of Little Road and located directly
across from its intersection with Pickhurst Court. Tax Map 180-9 (1) Parcel 3
and Tax Map 180-13 (1) Parcel 7 (Sheet 52).
80S174: In Bermuda Magisterial District, BERMUDA ASSOCIATES requests an amendment
to zoning case 77S122 to permit deletion of the buffer condition on a parcel
fronting approximately 500 feet on Jefferson Davis Highway also fronting
approximately 300 feet on West Hundred Road and located in the southeast quadrant
of the intersection of these roads and better known as Bermuda Square Shopping

81S005: (Amended) In Matoaca Magisterial District, HERMAN L. WELLS requests a
Conditional Use to permit an automotive repair shop in an Agricultural (A) District
on a parcel which lies approximately 120 feet off the north line of Graves Road
measured from a point located approximately 1050 feet east of~its intersection

81S008: In Dale Magisterial District, LINDA R. MUSTAIN requests a Conditional
Use to permit a child care center in a Residential (R-7) District on a .33 acre
parcel fronting approximately 80 feet on the south line of Bur Oak Lane and
located approximately 250 feet east of its intersection with Black Oak Road.

Community Business (B-2) and General Business (B-3) on a parcel fronting
approximately 250 feet on the north line of Midlothian Turnpike and located
approximately 550 feet east of its intersection with Buford Road. Tax Map 18-16

81S018: In Clover Hiii Magisterial District, DANIELS WAYSIDE FURNITURE CO.
requests rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Convenience Business (B-l) plus
a Conditional Use Planned Development to permit a convenience store with fuel
pumps on a .442 acre parcel fronting approximately 200 feet on Walmsley Boulevard
also fronting approximately 100 feet on Turner Road and located in the northwest
quadrant of the intersection of these roads. Tax Map 40-6 (2) Joseph Brooks

81S019: In Midlothian Magisterial District, VIRGIL C. DUNKLEY requests a
Conditional Use to permit a junk yard in an Agricultural (A) District on a
2.28 acre parcel fronting approximately 65 feet on Midiothian Turnpike also
fronting approximately 1350 feet on Chinaberry Drive and located in the north-

81S020: In Clover }{ill Magisterial District, CURTIS V. AND LINDA S. WRIGHT
request a Conditional Use to permit a second dwelling in an Agricultural (A)
District on a 5.054 acre parcel fronting approximately 200 feet on the north
line of Spring Run Road and located approximately 2,400 feet west of its inter-
section with Millhouse Drive. Tax Map 92-3 (1) Parcel 4 (Sheet 29).
81S021: In Dale Magisterial District, SIDNEY FLOYD, JR. requests an amendment
to an existing Use Permit (Case 60-18) to permit conversion and expansion of
a duplex structure for the purpose of constructing 14 multi-family units on
a 5.23 acre parcel fronting approximately 740 feet on the west line of Beulah
Road and located approximately 40 feet south of its intersection with Dalebrook
Drive. Tax Map 53-13 (1) Parcel 49 (Sheet 16).

Virginia, for public examination between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
