'80S164: In Midlothian Magisterial District, ERNEST L. BELVIN requests rezoning ~from Community Business (B-2) to General Business (B-3) of a .76 acre parcel which lies approximately 150 feet off the north line of Midlothian Turnpike measured from a point located approximately 200 feet east of its intersection with Research Road.
