the Courthouse on October 30,
1952 at 1:30 p.m.

This day the Executive Secretary advised the Board that due to the lack of
rain in all parts of the County the hazard of fire had been increased ~remend-
ously ·
Upon consideration whereof and on motion of ~,~r. J. P. Gunter, seconded by
l~r. Britton, it is resolved that this Board immediately invoke the same re-
strictions against the burning of fields, trash and other debris as the State
Trash Law except between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and midnight. Said restrictions
is to be effective immediatel'y and last until further action of this Board.
This day the Board of Supervisors from Amelia County met with the Board of
Supervisors of Chesterfield Gounty and considered the feasibility of construct-
ing a bridge to connect the said two counties.
On motion of ~r. Gunter, seconded by Mr. Hague, it is resolved that the
Road Committee be and he hereby is requested to view the project on the site
in conjunction with a Committee from the Amelia County Board of Supervisors,
said meeting to be held November 18, 1952, at 10:OO a.m.
This day the Executive Secretary presented to the Board the following road
additions to the Secondary System:
Hollandale Subdivision--Richdale Road, beginning at a point on Rt. 1647, 0.30
Mi. W. Rt. 10, running in a southerly direction a distance of 0.13 Mi. to a

the unexpended non-matching Public Assistance Fund to non-matching
Administrative Funds.
Upon consideration whereof and on motion of Mr. Britton, seconded by
Gunter, is is resolved that this request be granted and this action approved.
On motion, the meeting is adjourned until November 11, at 10:O0 a.m.
