PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, January 11,
1989, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the County Board Room at Chesterfield Court-
house, Chesterfield, Virginia, will take under consideration the granting of
rezoning and/or Conditional Uses on the parcels of land described herein.
*88SN0045: (Amended) In Clover Hill Magisterial District, TEDCO-EQUITIES-
NORTHGATE requests amendment to Conditional Use Planned Developments (Cases
745021 and 85S002) to permit use exceptions. A shopping center is planned.
This request lies in Residential (R-7), Office Business (0), and Light Indus-
trial (M-l) Districts on a 53.0 acre parcel fronting approximately 2,856 feet
on the north line of Hull Street Road, also fronting approximately 2,448 feet
on the southwest line of Harbour Pointe Parkway, and located in the northwest
quadrant of the intersection of these roads. Tax Map 61-16 (1) Parcel 2 and
Part of Parcels 1 and 5 (Sheet 20).
*This case was deferred at a previous session of the Board of Supervisors to
their January 11, 1989, meeting.
Copies of this application are on file in the Planning Department at the
Chesterfield Administration Building, Room 203, Chesterfield, Virginia, for
public examination between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of each regu-
lar business day.
APPLICANTS AND/OR AGENT MUST BE PRESENT AT HEARING.
All persons favoring or opposing the granting of the above request are invited
to appear at the time and place herein stated.
