At that time, staff worked with the applicant to develop limitations on the use to minimize its impacts on area properties. (P) 2.Use: This conditional use approval shall be limited to the operation of a welding business, incidental to a dwelling. (P) 3.Hours of Operation: Operation of the business shall be limited to Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There shall be no Sunday operation. (P) 4.Expansion of Use: No new building construction shall be permitted to accommodate this use. The use shall be confined to the accessory structures and area designated on Exhibit A. (P) 5.Employees: Other than family members that live on the premises, no other employees shall be permitted. No more than two (2) clients shall be permitted on the property at any one time. (P) 6.Signage: There shall be no signs identifying the use. (P) 7.Vehicle Equipment and Parking: All vehicles and equipment in association with this use shall be parked in the area specified on Exhibit A. No other outside storage shall be permitted outside of this area.
