Approval for the manufactured home was renewed multiple times between 1985 and 2012for the daughter and son of Henry (Henry –now deceased) and Agness Brankley. On April 25, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved the most recent permit Case 12SN0188 for seven (7) yearsexpiringinApril 2019. PROPOSAL The applicantisseeking renewal of the manufactured home permit for an additional seven (7) years. While the original occupant was the applicant’s daughter, the applicant’s son, Henry Duane Brankley, has resided in the manufactured home since 1998 and continues to be the occupant of the home. The temporary manufactured home and property would continue to be owned by the applicant Agness Brankley who resides at 10501 Ramona Avenue within a single-family dwelling. 319SN0135-2019JUL24-BOS-RPT Ms. Brankley indicatesthat the close proximity of her son allows for them to helpeach other with daily living needs.Staff is supportive of renewals for previously-approved applicants as owners/occupants of the manufactured homewhen the manufactured home and property continue to be well-maintained andin compliance with conditions of their previous permit approval. Staffs inspection of the property revealed the manufactured home is an older model; however, given the location of the manufactured home, the request will have minimal impacts on the surround properties. The property and manufactured home appear tobe maintained in good condition.
