Ms. Brankley indicatesthat the close proximity of her son allows for them to helpeach other with
daily living needs.Staff is supportive of renewals for previously-approved applicants as
owners/occupants of the manufactured homewhen the manufactured home and property
continue to be well-maintained andin compliance with conditions of their previous permit
approval. Staffs inspection of the property revealed the manufactured home is an older model;
however, given the location of the manufactured home, the request will have minimal impacts
on the surround properties. The property and manufactured home appear tobe maintained in
good condition.
The chart below provides an overview of the recommended conditions to continue to mitigate the
impact of the use on area properties.
