This day a letter trom the Hopewell Chamber ot Commeroe ooncerning a proposed Highway Route from Richmond to Hopewell was read and tiled. In the matter of the petition ot J .1l.Fisher and others tor the establish- ment of a publio road in 1I1dlothian Distriot, tram a point on the River Road, or Rouge No.", about one mile west of Robious Station,southwCU'dly to Route No.1003, at Mid~othian DStation. . . . 'l'his day oame the Road Engineer of thlsCounty and filed a plat, made by R.Stuart Royer, Consulting Engineer, dated Februal\V 24th, 1939, showing the proposeq' 100 ation 01' said road.
