" It appearing to thi8 Board that the opening of Westwood Avenue between Dundas and Sherbourne Avenues, in the Village of Bensley, would be of great benetit to the publiC and the immediate opening ot Fourth Avenue, between R1clunond-Peteraburg Turnpike and the Seaboard Ra.1l1ll8Y, in Patterson Park, 1Ib.ieh would tacilitate industrial improvements along the 18J118s River. On motion of H. T. Goyne, it 1a rEtsolvEtd that Westwood Avenue between Dundas Road and Sherbourne AVenue, and lourth (4th) AveD.\l8 in Patterson Park, between Hicbmond fWd Petersburg Turnpike and Seaboard Airline Railway be, and the same are hereby, taken into the County Road System.
