SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS Mr. Ramsey congratulated Ms. Lisa Elko, Clerk to the Board, for earning the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk. o Ms. Curtin presented an update on the status, of the County's legislative program. RESOLUTIONS AND SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS Adopted Resolution recognizing Dr. Robert E. Wagenknecht for his service to Chesterfield County Public Library. WORK SESSIONS Mr. Stylian Parthemos, Senior Assistant County Attorney, presented results of a survey distributed to Rayon Park residents providing two options to address failing septic systems in the subdivision. Mr. Jay Payne, Budget Manager, presented highlights of the proposed Capital Improvement Program for FY2003-FY2008. APPOINTMENTS Approved Appointment/reappointments of Ms. Joan Cole, Ms. Louise Summey, Ms. Pat Roble, Ms. Henrietta Yaworsky, and Ms. Mary Clair Thomas to the Keep Chesterfield Clean Advisory Board. NEW BUSINESS Approved Acceptance of a bid to purchase County General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds, Series 2002. Adopted on an emergency basis Amendment to the County's Land Use Taxation Ordinance to extend the application deadline, and set date for public heating to readopt the ordinance.
