COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS
Mr. Ramsey congratulated Ms. Lisa Elko, Clerk to the Board, for earning the
designation of Certified Municipal Clerk.

RESOLUTIONS AND SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS
Adopted
Resolution recognizing Dr. Robert E. Wagenknecht for his service
to Chesterfield County Public Library.
WORK SESSIONS
Mr. Stylian Parthemos, Senior Assistant County Attorney, presented results of a survey
distributed to Rayon Park residents providing two options to address failing septic
systems in the subdivision.
Mr. Jay Payne, Budget Manager, presented highlights of the proposed Capital
Improvement Program for FY2003-FY2008.
