I write this letter in lieu of my presence at your meeting. I could not attend this
meeting as hoped, because of traveling for the holidays.
I live at 11924 RiverparkW ay and am the closest resident to the List's chicken
housing.
I would like to say I am absolutely fine with them keeping these chickens. They
have never had odor in the summer as I would have thought and there are no
roosters to make noist:.
Please consider at your meeting to allow them and say yes to their keeping of their
already flock of chickens.

them.
River Ridge is not the subdivision you would think it would be. We don't live
under-heavy restrictions and there is no association.
rve heard talk ofconce~ of the property value on houses being effected ~hich I
think is ridiculous, as I have a ~tepson that resides in Corona, California in a
prestigious neighborhood and he does own twenty some chickens that roam free in
his yard. These houses are half million dollar plus houses, unlike our houses 'here
in River Ridge in Chesterfield County Virginia.
Please don't turn them down.
