This case was deferred from the November B, 1972 meetjng to the November ~

tion. As of this writing the only plan presented is an inadequate (from
the standpoint of professional review) model of the propcsed site depictin~
schematically the proposed operation. This model l!aS presented at the
meeting held between the appljcant and Plannin~ Staff and at that time the
applicant was informed that a more definitive plan drawin~ would hays to
be presented showin~ greater detail with re~ard to facilities and the
dimensions thereof. In addition, submission of the operational plan was
again requested. As of this writ1n~ no such plans hav~ b~en submitted,
and Staff feels that it is inaopropriate and unadvlsable to approve any
such request without review of the plan and method of oDerat1on~
Irregardless of the plan or lack thereof, St~ff is of the opinion that
the proposed use ~lould be ilnpronerlv located and have an adverse effect
on surroundin~ proDertieso This oninion is based on the belief that
future development of the area will center nrimarily around single famj.ly
