December 13~ 1995, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the Public Meeting Room at Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following: 96SR0138*: In Bermuda Magisterial District, DOUGLAS PAYNE requests renewal of Mobile Hom~ Permit 88SR0229 to park a mobile home in a Residential (R-7) District. The density of this proposal is approximately 6.67 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan designates the property for residential use of 2.51 to 4 units per acre. This property fronts the west line of Senate Street, at Rycliff Avenue and is better known as 7724 Senate Street. A drug store/pharmacy is planned. However, with the approval of this request, other C-2 uses could be developed on the property. The density of such amendment will be controlled by zoning conditions or Ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan designates the property for office use. JENKINS requests Conditional Use to permit a child day care center in a Residential (R-7) District. The density of such .amendment will be controlled by zoning conditions or Ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan designates the property for residential area and proposed historic district. This request lies on 4,,0 acres known as 1100 Mt. Pisgah Drive. Tax Map 15-12 (1) Part of Parcel 95 and Tax Map 16-9 (1) Parcels 4 and 62 (Sheet 7). 96SN0148: In Bermuda Magisterial District, HILL DEVELOPMENT ASSOC., LTD. requests amendment to Conditional Use Planned Developments (Cases 86S097, 878035, 88SN0061 and 89SN0329) to permit single family dwellings and bulk exceptions in a Residential (R-7) District. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to construct fifty-five (55) single family dwellings on lots having a minimum of 5,000 square feet, yielding a density of approximately 4.7 units per acre. Further, exceptions to setback and lot frontage requirements is requested. The Comprehensive Plan designates the property for residential use of 4.01 to 7.0 units per acre~ This request lies on 11.8 acres fronting approximately 1,100 feet on the north line of Ironbridge Parkway, also fronting approximately 500 feet on the east line of Ironbridge Boulevard, and located in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of these roads.
