Dear Mr. Balderson:
After discussing the proposed Hoofprint Hills
Mobile Horne Park with you, I would like to make the
following comments and recommendations concerning
the water and sewage facilities.
The water supply consisting of a series of
wells will have to meet public water supply stand-
ands which includes: Structure, quantity, quality
and locations. Due to geologic condition~; it is
highly questionable if an adequate flow of water
can be provided by using wells for a mobile home
park of this size.
Preliminary plans for the sewage treatment
plant has been submitted to the Bureau of Engineering
of the state Health Department and the Water Control
Board; however, approval has not been given at this
time.
It is, (~1there fore, recommended that unti 1 we
can be assured by test borings that there will be
an adequate supply of water and tentative approval
is given on the water supply and sewage treatment
facilities that this proposal be deferred.
