denial of a reques t for zoning"from agr icul lure to C -2 of the
captioned property s~atin.g their w ish to restrict zoning along
B oute 360 to a depth of 1 J 000 fee t. This property is 1, 089 feet
south of U. S. Route 360, along Turner 8oad.
The Planners contention was tl1~t .th~ flighest and best use of this
land was for multi-family dwellings. The property contains 3.84
acres w11i ch' 'A'Quld support approximately 40 -45 multi -family units,
which accordi ng to F. 1-1. A" and lend ing ins titutions would not be
financially feasible. Projects of less than 100 units are not fi-
nanced by ~........ l-I. A.. or otl1er lenders in this day and time.
According to the County Engineers,," Wllich can be verified, the

a trucking terminal operation and would create less traffic than multi-family, and

further identified as Case #72107C, from Agriculture to C....2 Zoning.
Further, it is our wish and desire to have our properties zoned likewise
either .in a blanket zoning by the County Administration or by individual applica-
