This parcel is presently zoned A~ricultu~al (A) as is adjacent property to
the north~ northwest and northeast. Property to the east, west~ south>
southeast and S outhv-res t is zoned To"",nhous e (TT.-I,.'.l) ~ Tt~e subj ect parce 1 and
all adjacent properties are wooded and unoccupied. The request is for a
use permit to construct and operate a privAte club complex with all
buildings and facilities appurtenant thereto. This request is part of the
continuing development process for Swift Creek Company. The plan pre-
sented represents still another phase~i.n the developer's 1980 Master Plan
presented to the BORrd on October 11, 1972.
The request now under consideration is ~enerally in keeping ~~ith the aims
and intentions of the overall Master Plan.
