Dear Mr. Mumma:
The request of Mr. H.F. Davis to build
a frame gagage in the rear of his lot at 902 East 55th

pn this property. Our restrictions allow a two car garage
and appurtenant outbuildings. Building line according to
restrictions is 5 ft from side lot line and five feet from
Eear lot line. We have no objections to the erection of the
garage he has planned.
